To reap the health benefits of cold water therapy, immerse yourself in water below 59°F (15°C) for a duration of three to eight minutes. The effectiveness of this therapy relies on finding the perfect balance between time and temperature. Keep in mind that everyone's tolerance for lower temperatures may vary.

For optimal results, we suggest adding 26-52 lb (12-24kg) of ice to the ICEBREATH during each session. The required amount of ice will vary depending on the temperature of your tap water and your desired level of coldness. In colder climates, adding ice may not be necessary at all.

Thanks to its insulation, the tub will maintain the cold water for several hours, reducing the need to add as much ice after the initial use.

The tub comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the tub is set up.

For long-lasting cleanliness, it is recommended to add 1 lb to 2 lb of sea salt (500g to 1kg) to the water in the tub. This amount will maintain the water quality for two to three weeks.
If you prefer not to use salt, it is advised to clean the pod after every three to five ice bath sessions/every three to five days.
